Hungry Before Bed
What do you do when you’re really hungry right before bed? And you’ve totally maxed out on your allowed calories per day? And you know it’s a very bad idea to eat right before bed? I’m thinking that drinking a cup of tea would be good. Any other ideas?
Maybe try eating a more filling foods for dinner like whole grains. Maybe pop a few nuts because they can give you that full feeling. I might also suggest looking at your calorie limit that you have set for yourself. Any chance it’s too low right now and maybe you need to raise it some? I hope you get some good suggestions but remember, going to bed a tad bit hungry is a good thing. Bob Greene says to do that very thing so that as you sleep your body will go to your body’s stored fat to feed that hunger.
A piece of fruit, water, just watch that it’s low in calories.
lots of water, keep busy even if that means cleaning something, hmmm decaf green tea. i like the yogi slim life green tea (it supresses appetite just long enough for me to get over my craving), but it’s not decaf…you might be up all night!
i always chug some water…
Have a small bowl of porridge with skimmed milk or a glass of warm milk, something warm really. It will fill you up and help you sleep aswell! Banana’s are supposed to be good before bed, not sure if it will fill you up though.
